Remarkable Sell-Out Sensation

The overall objective of this campaign was to introduce Domino’s limited-edition creation, the Crème Egg Cookie, with media goals of swift awareness and fame, while attaining a reach and frequency of 1+ 98%.

Developing the creative platform “OH GOO ON THEN” enabled us to explore innovative visual formats across various media channels, ensuring prominent product placement and reinforcing the creative concept of the Crème Egg goo playfully oozing from the cookie. Nationally, OOH advertising made an immediate impact and reached a wide audience. To engage younger demographics, TikTok and Snapchat, specifically TopFeed and AR lenses, were used for their rapid reach and impact. Additionally, YouTube and In-read were cost-effective ways to expand audience reach swiftly.

With strategic planning and innovative media selection, the product sold out across Ireland in 2 weeks. Snapchat surpassed planned targets by +33%, Meta by +74%, TikTok by +6.4%, VOD by +75% and OOH proved invaluable with 71% liking the ad and over 50% ad recall.
